How to remove incomplete xp pro installation?

I attempted to upgrade from home to pro but it didn't work due to an older
version and just an all around bad idea. Now I have 2 operating systems, one
of which is xp pro incomplete which always wants to boot first and causes
problems. I just want to remove the incomplete installation and go back to
having just xp home on there. Anyone know the best way to do this?

Hi Pete,

Removing the invalid entries from Boot.ini:

The above method may not help if the system folders in the "failed
installation" are intact. If so, you may need to edit the boot.ini file
manually. See the following pages for more information:
