As a result of (apparently - per Win2000 Install process
error msg: "has detected software that is not completely
installed ... cannot continue until you finish installing
this software") automated download/install process
failure, I have lost access to my CD-RW and DVD drives.
Have a CAB of all sys info, generated by MS Reporting
Tool, but haven't found a way to forward that to MS.
Unable to identify incomplete installation or
complete/uninstall it. Rebuild will require nearly a
month as this machine is LOADED with hardware and software.
