My second question.....
I think I screwed up. I've just upgraded to Win XP by doing a full new
install. During the process, I installed a Video Editing package that
apparently also installed an application that takes over the process of
reading/writing/formating DVD-RW (and maybe CD-RW). I think this because
before I installed the program, Windows would read the data on my previously
inCD formatted DVD-RWs but would not write to the DVD.
I removed this program and now Windows treats both my CD-RW and DVD-RW
drives as CD-ROM drives.
Therefore, a couple of questions...
1. Does WIN XP natively support CD-RW and DVD-RW writing?
2. If so, how can I reinstall this function?
Thanks,
G
