CD-RW & DVD

Since installing a new HD for my Master, I lost my DVD drive and my CD-RW
drive. I've tried to install the software, but the drives won't work. I
have checked every where, including a MS site for trouble shooting and
followed all the steps of uninstall adn re-install the software, but I still
can't get them to work. Please explain what is going on adn how I can get it
fixed.

Sounds like you don't have the jumpers set correctly and/or you've
somehow disconnected the cables. Open up the case again and
recheck/reseat everything.
