INCOMING EMAILS FROM ADDRESS BOOK ONLY

I seem to have a problem in that I am getting emails
telling me that a message I have sent to xyz has been
blocked as it contained a virus. But I have never heard
of the people to whom the email was addressed. Hence I
would like to set my incoming mail to only accept emails
from those on my address book. I would really love if
someone could advise me how to do this specifically.

Your email address is being hijacked by a hacker and used to send viruses
mail to other users. We all suffer from it so you are not being targetted
deliberatley. There is also not much you can do about it other than trying
to trace the originator of the email. You could send a complaint to
'spamcop' (www.spamcop.com) who can trace the originator and complain to
their isp. Personally i simply delete the 'return message' notifications
