INADVERTANT DELETION OF DRIVER FILE

Seems like I inadvertantly deleted a driver file when I removed some
software by clicking on 'Yes to All' in the shared file window.

The file is: regsvr32MSXML3.dll which is required for Windows Update
downloading
OS - XP Home edition

Can anyone provide a copy of this file (by email) or tell me how to obtain?
