inactive icons

What happened to my inactive icons that they don't hide
themselves anymore. It was working fine then all of a
sudden it just stopped working.
I right clicked on the Taskbar>Properties>Checked: Hide Inactive Icons and
clicked Customize, and checked the behavior of some, but no luck. The right
pointing arrow at the taskbar doesn't show at all.

Any suggestions?

Finally. I really don't know what fixed it, but it's fix
