bought this game, didnt realize it was played on the internet. phoned the
helpline as i have never played a game like this before, they told me to
download patches, done that, still nothing, now they say i need to do
something with my firewall, i turned it off, but still nothing i am really
confused all i want is to play the game, why so much trouble help please

What exactly happens when you try and play please quote error messages etc.

I have installed the game, and the patches, then it show a video clip, and
then asks me to sign it, to register as this is an internet based game, but
it is tell me that it cant connect to internet, and to check my connection
which is fine, the help line for this game has said that it might be the
firewall that needs altering or maybe turning off i have 2 antivirus macfee
is one and clamwin is the other, i can turn macfee firewall off but not the
other, cos dont know how too, hope this help you, as i have never played an
internet game like this thank you
