Importing template created in Word 2003

Hi,

I have been sent a template created in Word 2003 as an email attachment. I
have Word 2000. Whichever way I download/save/attach the template, although
the styles in the template are available to use in a document, the customized
toolbars and keyboard shortcuts that are supposed to be there are missing. Am
I doing something wrong? Or is there some incompatibility between 2003 and
2000?

Perhaps if you asked in a discussion group for Word... This group is for
..NET programming issues.
Here's how to find a Word group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Office and Desktop
Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications
subcategory, find and open the subcategory for Word, and find a group
there for your post.
