That's BCM's generic error message, when it doesn't have anything more
specific to report.

Try turning on logging (on the BCM About dialog). Then check the log
right after you get this error. The log may have a clue as to what's
going wrong.

Lee,
I was able to get it to work by right-clicking on the Outlook icon and
selecting Run as Adminstrator. In this mode the import feature works fine.

I am receiving the same error message with BCM. I cannot find the Run as
Administrator option after I right click the icon.
