can't share databse

When I intalled Outlook 2007 and BCM I elected not to share BCM. Now, when I
try to share it using:
BCM, Database Tools, Share
I get the following message.
Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again. (red circle with the X thru it)

Anyone know what I might need to do? Thanks
 
Can you go to services.msc and check if the windows firewall service is
turned on ?
