Error message when opening BCM



When I try to open I get the following error message "Business Contact
Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or actions. Please
try again."
When I click on the OK button the error message disappears and I am in BCM.
This problem started recently, most likely after one of the updates.

Go to start > run and type regedit

Backup and delete the Business solution eCRM Key under HKEY_CURRENT_user >
Software > Microsoft
