Import contacts into a DL

[NGreaders]

I have a list of email addresses in xls format(about50), these are all
external email addresses to our domain.
Is there an easy way to import all into 1 DL?

I should have mentioned this is an exchange 2003 server. Below doesnt work.

What about it doesn't work? If you're trying to make a DL in the Global
Address List, you'll have to do that from the Active Directory side.
