DL Not Being Recognized

L

laitkens

I am using Outlook 2003. I have created a couple of DL in my contacts
folder. When I try sending an email to the DL I have created Outlook is not
recognizing it within the email message. I have tried right clicking on the
DL within my contacts folder and selecting New message to contact as well as
clicking onto the To: field within the email message and choosing the DL from
my contacts address book. Once the DL is populated in the To field it only
display's the name of my DL in normal text rather than bold, underline with
the plus sign next to it. If I click onto the send button I get a message
stating MS Outlook does not recognize "My DL Name".

Any suggestions??

DLs are fickle. Yours is probably corrupted. Make it again or try using
Categories as a more robust alternative.
