import address file from Verizon or Hotmail to MS Mail?

Does anyone know hot to import to MS Mail address files from Verizon or
Hotmail?
 
Importing a Hotmail contact list figured out. Let me know if anyone is
stuck with this. Kelsey
 
Hi Kelsey. I'm trying to import my contacts List from MSN Premium Software
to Windows Mail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
