ie6 SLUG-GISH movement after switch to cable

My browser itself is EXTREMETLY sluggish on scrolling, filling in text boxes
on common internet sites, appearance of check or button after clicking radio
button or check box. Internet speed of actual pages loading is fine, just
manipulating the browser after page load is unbearably slow? Windows ME,
ie6

Help!?
 
Hi Ken - In IE, Tools|Internet Options, click on Accessibility, then uncheck
"Format documents using my style sheet", then OK out.
