IE6 Errors plz help!!!!!

When i tryed to connect to the internet yesterday, I clicked on the Internet Explorer icon, and it gave me this message
IExplore has caused an error in WININET.DL
and anothe
DW15.EXE is linked to missing export WININET.DLL:HTTPsendREQUESTEx
I don't understand why it cant find the file WININET, because i did a search on my c drive and i found it??
