IE6 Browser is behaving strangely

I recently ran AD-AWARE to remove the iSearch toolbar
from my IE6 brower (I am running XP Pro). However, now
my IE browser does not appear in the list of installed
programs and it is not functioning properly. Frequently
I receive messages that programs can not open certain
pages due to various line code errors. I need to either
uninstall IE6 and re-install it or I need to run the
repair function. However, as stated, it does not appear
in the list of installed programs so I am stuck.

How can I purge my system of IE6 and re-install it or how
can I initiate the IE6 repair feature?
