Using windows XP home,IE6,Dell 8200.

Upgraded NAV 2002 to NAV 2004. Ever since I did this I
have had high cpu usage with about 50% on system process
ID4, and the other 50% on IE. paging back to previously
downloaded pages take 6 sec as compared to almost
immediately when working correctly. The problem will go
away if uninstall and reinstall NAV2004, until I switch
users and open IE on the other user. Then everything goes
back to a crawl no matter which user logs on. Have tried
clean boot and still the same plus some other things
Symantec support suggested. Any ideas.
