IE shut down

[Guest]

After using IE for a period of time, it gives me an error message or just
shuts down. Using XP SP2 and IE6. Anyone out there that can help?

Also... another program, possibly malware, may be causing this.

Start by disabling add-ons from IE> Tools> Manage add-ons. One of them may
be causing the problem.

Then you will want to run Ad-aware, Spybot and (if running WinXP) MS
Anti-Spyware (Beta.)

You may have to post a HijackThis log to one of these forums for additional
help. Look for the proper forum and an "Important- Read This First" message
so that you follow proper procedure.
