IE problems regarding hotmail and yahoo

i have been trying to check my hotmail e-mail for the past four days at
least. and i can check it fine. but when i go to send replies, the page
never fully loads correctly, or it loads with errors, and it never sends out
anything. i was desperate to send an e-mail, so as a temporary fix i tried
yahoo. for yahoo, i can't write or send replies - it wont let me type in the
yahoo write e-mail area. and so as a last desperate attempt, i configured
outlook to work with my hotmail account, and i got it to work-but i was
hoping that would be a temporary fix. does anybody know whats wrong with my
hotmail and yahoo e-mail accounts?

i know this isn't really a direct windows xp question, but ive never had
this problem except for on my new laptop; a laptop with windows xp

Amber,
It means its the problem of your ISP maybe.
Hotmail and Yahoo mail are on different servers.
Call your ISP.....................
