NOT RECEIVIG EMAILS FROM OUTLOOK 2003 pro TO HOTMAIL & YAHOO

I have been trying to send emails to a few contacts with hotmail and yahoo
email accounts. The hotmail emails get bounced back as undeliverable, and the
yahoo ones go out, but never arrive to their inbox. I have tested it with my
hotmail and yahoo accounts, and its the same situation. Has Microsoft put
some kind of block on third party email accounts? Help Please.

More likely the "third party" services have a block against the Hotmail
servers. It happens both ways (Hotmail has been blocking email from AT&T on
and off; but AT&T is usually kind enough to report the failure).

On rereading, the issue may be the way that Outlook is formatting the email,
or some other user configuration. Microsoft has little to do with it, other
than that they own/run the Hotmail service. So who do you use to send the
email out to the other services? Your provider may be blocked by both
Hotmail and Yahoo!. That would have nothing to do with Microsoft, in the
case of Yahoo! Mail, and only the Windows Live part of Microsoft, in the
case of Hotmail.
