IE not working :(

Run the cleaners mentioned here, especially HijackThis. Note: It does take

well, not exactly not working, but it takes a really long time to load up.
(atleast 3 times longer then opening Outlook Explore)... and even after it
loads up it takes forever to do anything...
and sometimes (once every 3 or 4 times) even after i close the IE, I can
still see it running under the "Processes" in the "Task Manager".

Can any one tell me how this happens and how i can fix this problem?

Will everything be back to normal if I uninstall/reinstall my internet
explore... but i am not sure how to do that thought... can anyone please
tell me??
