IE, Missing..

I have version 6.0...It doesn't allow me to access my
browser,or my mail through MSN..When I do an update it says
I have version 6 but all the things that aren't installed
are web browser, outlook express, microsoft windows script
support, & IE read me files...I have to use netscape to
browse. In IE it says my account passports are non existent
but i know they are cuz I open them in netscape.
