My IE is now Netscape? need help

When I click on my IE, it now says it's 'netscape.com/detourns.adp microsoft
Internet explorer. When did it change? My 'home' location on the settings
also now says 'netscape'; I have netscape loaded, but don't use it; I use IE;
it is check marked to make it the default browser. This has caused me
to be locked out of my email - Incredimail; I still get it thru MSN tho; but
many emails and folders LOCKED in incredimail. Then this morning,
I started having problems just booting up.
Can anyone help me?
what do I change my 'home' setting to to get it back to IE?

You can just reset the home page by going into internet options.
