IE icons Minimized

Is there a way to change the icon for a specific web
address, so that when that browser window is minimized it
doesn't have the standard IE icon?

For instance, I have 4 IE windows minimized, and they all
show the same icon in the taskbar...I want to be able to
distinguish them by icon rather than the title of the web
page...

Any help would be appreciated!
