IE Help

I am using IE6, have been since I got the computer. For some reason today
anytime I go to my home page I get a box that comes up and says "stack
overflow at line:0. Does anyone know what that means, and how to stop it?
Also every now and then I have another box that comes up again on my home
page saying " java script is continuing to run, which my may make windows
slow, would you like to abort. I click yes, but it still comes up. This has
just started today also. I have not changed anything or added anything.

it isn't say java script, just script in internet explorer.
