ie error on order page

I keep getting ie error kernle32.dll on yahoo's order page
and it pops me out to my desktop. checked with yahoo and
my dialup carrier, then downloaded update from msn
rebooted computer,clean and fixed all error on hard
disk,reboot again and still having same error.

I hope it's kernel32 and not kernle32.dll
