IE crashes with urlmon.dll error

Hi there,
My IE 6sp2 on my XP Pro machine crashes with urlmon.dll error many
times when going to some web pages(www.msn.com, etc) I either need to
keep trying or reboot. Is there a way to fix IE in XP Pro or uninstall
reinstall?
I do not have spyware installed or viruses.
