urlmon.dll error

Microsoft provided some good insight on how to fix the
urlmon.dll error, unfortunatley it didn't work for me.
I'm using ME operating system with IE 6.0 and I've done
everything to fix this error.
I've removed, reinstalled, and repaired everything from
windows operating system to Internet Explorer.
Any other suggestions?
