Problems with entry points typically indicate that you have an incorrect
(incompatible) version of a module. Repair is OS dependent.
NT5 users could try sfc /scannow
Depending on your maintenance level another repair could be
installing a patch which includes the module which needs to be
replaced. Similarly uninstalling a patch which contains that module
and then reinstalling it could have a similar effect.
