Solutions?

Jorge,

You must disclose your OS when you ask for help.
Alternatively post in a newsgroup where it can be an assumed fact.
If your OS is not XP try an IE Repair. (Ref. KB194177)
The idea is not that you will be able to do a repair
but that it will give you a report of what it finds wrong.
Specifically you will be expecting to see an entry which
tells you which version of urlmon.dll you have.

OTOH the repair might work and not give you any information.
In that case it could be an indication that you have a consistent
set of modules but they just aren't up to date. Then you could
visit Windows Update and see if it gave you a new version
of urlmon.dll which eliminated your symptom.

If you need more help reply with:
1. Your OS and maintenance level
2. Your IE and its maintenance level (e.g. from Help,About,Versions:)
3. Your version of urlmon.dll (e.g. from File, Properties)

If you prefer you can capture the equivalent of #2
by entering the following script fragment in an IE Address bar:

javascript:navigator.appMinorVersion
