IE rediercts to other pages

I have a problem where IE6 redirects me other pages when trying to access web
pages. Thes can be secure web pages or most microsoft pages. Since this has
started to occur I can not sing into MSN Live or Messenger, or Yahoo. Just
about any app or web page that requires a password either gets redirected to
some othe page or the login fails.

Any ideas? I have run Ad-aware and delted all tracking cookies and ony one
mal-ware app that the kids picked up.

I am running IE 6 on Win 2000 - sp2. All security and service updates have
been downloaded from MS.

This is probably a malware problem- adware, spyware, hijacker, trojan, etc.
