I cannot get it to work. I simply get "Page cannot be
displayed"....yet Netscape & Mozilla work just fine. Any
help would be appreciated.

I have uninstalled and re-installed IE 5 & 6 numerous times
and still.....no page.

You may have some parasites on your computer.
Even if they have been removed this tool may need to restore you Winsock.
