ie 6 will not launch in 98...

running win98

try to launch IE and it just hangs

updated to newest IE 6.x

same thing

but if you open a windoes explorer and type a full url
like htt://www.microsoft.com the instance of explorer
morphs into IE and works, but you can still not launch IE
as it just hangs...

why will ie not launch but explorer will let you surf...
