Ie 6 on Win XP Pro

IE keeps halting and terminating without warning. It
will be operational for various periods of time before
failing. NO apparent pattern. Virus scans do not seem
to find problem. Any ideas?

Have you noticed if a promp window tells you and gives
you a countdown till shutdown? Cause many viruses
exploit that. I understand you have scanned for
viruses. Hope things go well for ya.
