IE 6 not responding

I am running IE6 and have been unable to conect to any
pages I have a good connectin to the internet because i
can do my norton live updates and download and send e-mail
through outlook but whenever I try to connect through the
web it says page can not be found as if i was offline. I
have tried uninstalling and reinstalling through the
windows cd also tried uninstalling through add remove
programs but it gives me an inf error. I have tried repair
but it won;t recognize the querry. what can i do w/o
reloading the entire windows?

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

ok, I've read similar posts as this, done everything
thats been said, and still have the same problem. I've
even posted on this problem and get no feed back.It ONLY
happens in XP Home. My other computers (3 Win 98 SE and 1
XP Pro) never have problems, they stay connected 24/7.
But the Home computer only stays connected for 30 minutes
max after re-boot. What gives and why is there no mention
of fixes other than spyware removal?
