IE-6 Error Message

The following error comes up when opening the browser:
"Iexplorer has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL. IE will now
close."
I have used spybot and Ad-ware several times to clean the
system. Also, used Norton Disk Doc, but no luck. Please help.
