IE 6 and Intranet Sites

My IE6 has stopped browsing to all internal sites. After
refreshing a number of times I get the 403 error message.
This PC used to be able to do this. When I log onto
another PC with my profile, it works fine, so I know it is
restricted to this machine only.

I have checked all settings and Security and Proxy
settings appear fine.

Anybody have any suggestions?
