IE 6 and blank pop-ups

When clicking a link that brings up a pop-up (new
window), the new window opens, but it is blank. This
happens on all sites I go to.
 
Type in "REGSVR32 /i URLMON" in the RUN box. If that did not help, disable all your pop-up blockers and download IEFix:
