Identify my XP disc

I have 3 computers in house , all with xp home edition upgrades. I want to
change to new hd in one of the computers but dont know which xp disc goes
with the computer, how do i identify the correct disc for each machine

All the CD's are the same by the way, as long as you match the product key,
you could use any of your 3 Upgrade CD's.
