ICS error 1058

im trying to allow internet connection sharing,
everything is connected, but when I'm in the connection i
want to share/properties/ and go into the Advanced tab,
and click on "Allow other users to connect..." i get an
error msg 1058 saying "The service cannot be started,
because it is disabled or because it has no enabled
devices associated with it." Everything seems ok, can
anyone help pls?

Look for relevant messages in Event Viewer. To run it, click Start |
Control Panel | Performance and Maintenance | Administrative Tools |
