ics client limitation

My host computer surfs to all destinations.
My client computers on the windows xp ics can surf to most
sites, but none of them will go to ebay. They all report
a connection error. Most other new sites I can think of
to try, they will connect no problem. I have a broadband
connection via satellite, and no other network/conneciton
issues. The Lan is a standard hardwired over a linksys
hub, with a laptop connected via a 802.11b wireless card.
All clients on the networks exhibit this behaviour.
 
Can you access HTTPS sights? My host ICS and Direcway PC
is set to use itself as the proxy server from Direcway's
configs which works fine, just don't use it for HTTPS
sights.
