Retrieve IP address from ICS

I have the below list confirguration:

Wireless Router (wired)
+ PC - A - 192.168.1.50 XP Home
+ PC - B - 192.168.1.100 XP Home
+ PC - C - 192.168.1.150 XP Home

(wireless)
+ PC - D - 192.168.1.200 XP Pro
ICS - 192.168.0.1

+ TiVo with ethernet port

PC - D resides in the basement with no ability to hardwire to router. My
TiVo does
get to the internet. I have Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) enabled on
the wireless adapter and crossover cable connecting network card in PC - D to
ethernet port on TiVo.

How can I find out the address that PC - D has issued to the TiVo via DHCP?
Is there any way to reserve an address for the TiVo within ICS?

How can I get to the TiVo through PC - D?
Can it be pinged?
Do I need a static route because of the change in network?

Thanks in advance for your time.

There's no way to configure or query the ICS host's DHCP server.

If you know the Tivo's IP address, you can ping it, with no need for a
static route. However, I don't know whether the Tivo will respond to
pings.

Here's a tool that can ping an entire subnet (like ICS's
192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0), possibly finding the Tivo for you:

Can you assign a static IP address to the Tivo using the Tivo remote
control?

Why do you want to know the TiVo's IP address? What do you want to do?

If all you want is to determine TiVo's IP address, use the TiVo remote
control, go to TiVo Central by pressing the TiVo button; select Messages
& Settings; then Settings, then Phone & Network. The TiVo network
settings, including IP address, will be displayed.

TiVo does permit setting static IP addresses, but does "not support
static IP addresses when the router is also giving out IP addresses
automatically." Because the ICS IP-allocator is not exactly a DHCP
server (MS calls it a "simplified DHCP service that assigns the IP
address, default gateway, and name server on the local network"), I
don't know what will happen if you attempt to set a static IP while
connected to ICS, but I suspect you'll have problems.

You can't reserve an IP with ICS, so TiVo will have an IP of the form
192.168.0.x. What's the issue?
