Icons say connected to Internet but no webpages loading

My Netgear USB adapter and lynsys router icons in the system tray say
I'm connected to internet with excellent strength, but when I can't
load webpages. Help?
 
This sounds like you have a great connection between your PC and the router,
but the router isn't connected to the Internet. Try the obvious things
first:
1. All cables connected
2. Modem lights on (power, connection, activity)

If everything has power and connection, then try a reset. Turn off the
router and modem. Turn on the modem first, and wait... Then turn on the
router.
 
Not the least, check if you paid last month bill for your ISP!!!

Also check if you have set your Linksys router to connect to your ISP.

Yes on both replies. However this still occurs from time to time I have
to stop/start WZC and re-boot.
