I want to install a shared fax/modem on my network.

Right now, the real estate office I work for has a standard fax machine.
People needing to fax print out a copy of their work, run downstairs, stick
the document in the fax tray, and dial the number.

What I would like to do is instead set up a print queue somewhere on the
network that allows me to click "print" in the application, and a dialing
dialog appears on the screen. The user would then enter the number and the
print job would be sent to the fax/modem for handling.

Any ideas on how to do that, or product recommendations?

We use Broadfax. http://www.broadfax.com/
It gets loaded on a server with a client side package. So it shows as
another printer in the clients list. We had a few issues running on NT, but
with win2K it has been fine.
