I-tunes installation problems

When I attempt to load i-tunes I keep getting the message 2004-04-28 Error
1606. Could not access network location c\bin. Then when I entered cancel I
received the following message: Feature transfer error Error 1603 Fatal error
during installation.
Any ideas how to resolve and complete installation of i-tunes?
