I need help fast!

I have no idea what to do, my computer files are all miss
placed on my computer. There says there is more than one
user! I can't get on to AOL! There are to many programs
running and I can't figure out which ones I need and which
ones I don't. Please someone help me, I am lost without
my computer.

not sure i fully understand - but have you tried a system restore?

Have you ran your (updated) anti-virus? You may also want to run ad-aware
or spybot search and destroy to remove spyware. If that doesn't help, you
may want to consider running your restore feature to an earlier date.
