I want to buy a printer with automatic double side printing.

First I saw laser color printers but the cheapest with duplex was around 350
euros. Then I go for inkjet, the only I found was Canon Ip4600 but I'd read
that when print double side pages the black is not black, is gray. :-O

Before I buy this printer ¿Is this true?. ¿Are there any way to bypass this
and print normal black on double side printings?.

Thanks
Xavi

When you print duplex with the Canon inkjet the second side is not printed
with pigmented ink but mixed; therefore it is not as black.

That said it still is good enough so I would not worry about it.

Who the hell do you think YOU are to judge what is "good enough" for
somebody else?
Talk about god-almighty bloody arrogance!

You do not know if there is a God and even if he/she is almighty. But we
all know you are not. Stop running your mouth even if you have a
different opinion. I have seen your kind before.

What kind of printing do you plan to do? Text, photos, ???
What
printing volumes?

Basicaly text, I have university works, resums, and very big pdfs to write.
But I think I'm gonna buy a laser color duplex sooner.

Yesterday I bougth a canon ip4600. I'll use this for fotos and ocasional
printing and the laser for the double side paper I need to archivate in the
best quality.

AFAIK HP had the first consumer desktop printer that offered automatic
duplex printing with the Deskjet 970 introduced a half dozen or more years
ago. They have continued to offer this feature across a wide range of
their inkjet printers and AIO units, including the following:

only have direct experience with the Deskjet 6900 series of those listed
above, they have very crisp duplex printing. The Officejet Pro models are
very fast printers with very large print cartridges.

Interesting list but I was seeing some HP bussines models yesterday in
physical stores and they are too big and with poor design. (Compared to
epson and canon). :P

And how I plan to buy a laser color, I decide to buy a canon and let it as a
secondary printer.

Thankyou
Xavi
