Windows XP i lost my 'Active Desktop' white screen, triangle.. how

do i get it back.. i got road runner and i thing the EZarmor is messed up..

i get problems and a my registry cleaner says something about EZarmor and Zmail.. missing link.. i deleted it and still have the problem.. our other computer networked on the same system has the same desktop page up.. active desktop recovery..white page nothing works
